She obtained her Master of Philosophy in Commerce in the year 2013 from St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli. She did her B. Com and M.Com in Holy Cross College (Autonomous), Nagercoil awarded as Rank holder, Best Outgone. She completed her MBA in Human Resources from University of Madras, Chennai. Presently, she is working as a professor from this academic year. She published and presented nearly 50 articles in Journals, National and International conferences, and won best paper presenter award in national level seminar. She is doing her research work on innovation banking services. Her area of specialisation is Banking and Human Resources Management. She compiled a banking abbreviation book and realised it on Feb 28, 2014.
