The study employed a qualitative methodology involving 150 questionnaires that were validated and structured, consisted of 30 items identifying implementation barriers of total quality management faced by the entrepreneurs of micro, small and medium enterprises. Using convenience sampling techniques, we distributed the questionnaires to targeted entrepreneurs of small and medium enterprises of north India including state Haryana, Delhi NCR region and Himachal Pradesh. Conducted in SPSS version 16 using reliability of questionnaire has been checked, and factor analysis to explore the barriers in implementation of total quality management under dimensionality. | Keywords : | | - quality management system
